What we collect

Only what you give us when you fill in the quote request form: your name, phone number, email address and what you write about what you need and the shape and measurements of your pool.

Browsing the site requires no registration and we do not collect data to profile you.

To know how many visits the site gets and how fast its pages load, we use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views in aggregate, without cookies and without building personal profiles, and Vercel Speed Insights, which measures load times anonymously. Both are provided by Vercel Inc., which hosts the site.

Why we use it

To answer your request, prepare a quote and, if you wish, arrange the site visit and the work. The legal basis is the performance of pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

We do not use your data for newsletters or marketing messages and we do not pass it on to third parties for marketing purposes.

How it is processed and who receives it

The form is forwarded to our mailbox through the Web3Forms service; the data then stays in our email and our records. The site is hosted on Vercel, which, like any hosting service, logs technical request data (such as the IP address) for security and operational reasons.

These providers process the data on our behalf and only for the technical service they provide to us; they may be based outside the European Union, subject to the safeguards required by the GDPR (Articles 44 and following).

How long we keep it

For as long as it takes to handle your request. If the request leads to a job, the data needed for invoicing and warranty is kept for the periods required by law.

Cookies

The site uses no profiling or third-party cookies. It may store a single technical cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) to remember the site’s language (the one you chose, or your browser’s): it needs no consent and contains no personal data.

Your rights

At any time you can ask us for access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, portability, or object to the processing (Articles 15–22 GDPR) by writing to triotex@libero.it or calling +39 0331 236311.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
